#hopebeatshate

We were delighted to be asked by Goal Click and EE to work on a project called “Hope Beats Hate”. Here’s our very own Charlotte Wilkins to tell us more and share her story…

“I was asked if I would take part in Goal Click #hopebeatshate campaign by telling my football story. I was worried my story wouldn’t be worth hearing but then thought it could inspire someone else who was in my position last year: 28, shy and low in self confidence and never played football before. I wanted to show football is for anyone and for people to pick up the confidence to give it a go. We was given disposable cameras to take photos at training and playing football. I absolutely love the photos and shows even in July, an off season month how much football there is to play and train for at Manchester Laces.”
