Our Teams
yellow Team (11-a-side)
Our awesome Yellow team play in the first division of the Greater Manchester Women’s Football League. We finished a respectable 4th in the 22/23 season, and are going for the title this time around!
BLUE TEAM
Laces Blues always bring the good vibes. This season Blues will play in the Flexi League, with the hopes of being one of the founding 11-a-side teams in a non-FA affiliated league in the future.
We’re keen to create an inclusive 11-aside offering for all women, non-binary and transgender amateur players.
GREENS
Our Greenies play in Division 1 of the Manchester Women’s Flexi League and after an incredible run-in, finished second in the 22/23 season!
oranges
Laces Orange play in the third division of the Manchester Women’s Flexi League. Yes, this is the home of Laces ‘Club Hero’ Jo McDonald.
purples
Our pioneering Purples play in the fourth tier of the Manchester Women’s Flexi League and are famous for their kind and welcoming nature.
RED team
We formed this BRAND NEW beginner session in September 2023 with the goal of getting this team playing their first ever football games. No pics just yet of this wonder group but we’ll get them in a Laces kit very soon for their first ever game!
black team
Laces black are the newest members of the Laces family playing their first fixtures in 2024 in Flexi League Division 2 alongside the blues. No rivalries here though!
